Package not loading correctly

Hi,

I had installed SQL express 2017 on machine and it worked fine few days. after some days I installed VS 2017 after installing it my sql 2017 connecting through SSMS and the same time "onlinelicensingManagerpackage" did not load correctly message coming and its closed.

tried uninstalling and installing of SQL 2017 express again but not got success.

Please help.
