I am using Windows 7 & SQL Server 2012 Express. I have confirmed instance name is correct.
I have made sure SQL Browser service is running in SQL Configuration Manager and I have put sqlbrowser.exe & UDP port 1434 into exception in firewall,
Please advise.. Help!
